Description
Their fourth album ‘Puzzle’ had a more commercial feel to their usual post-hardcore tracks, and to set things straight ‘Only Revolutions’ will appease hardcore fans who may have thought Biffy Clyro was leaning away from their unique rock sound.
This doesn’t mean the CD isn’t as polished. In fact, from the first sounds of the first track ‘The Captain’ gives such a powerful kick in the right direction that pushes Biffy Clyro to a larger audience without selling out to the demands of catchy radio tunes.
Josh Homme’s guitar solo appearance on ‘Bubbles’ is a good sign that reputation travels well to other artists as well.
