Lego Rock Band (Playstation 3)

LEGO can help you build anything your imagination comes up with: A house, spaceship, anything! But how about building your own band? LEGO Rock Band concentrates on the more family-friendly music for the musical rhythm game fans.

In Story Mode your brand new rock band will play gigs to earn stars, which unlock more gigs, venues, songs and more. You’ll also get new pieces to customise your band members, and staff members. Rock Challenges utilize the “power of rock” complete tasks like fighting off a massive octopus, or completely destroying a building that needs demolishing.

In the game you’ll unlock renditions of famous musicians like Iggy Pop and David Bowie. Sing and play the songs of Queen, Good Charlotte, The Police, Elton John and plenty more. Fun songs like the Ghostbusters theme, “Kung Fu Fighting” and “The Final Countdown” are also in there. If you feel like just rocking out to your favourite tunes, you and some friends can ‘Free Play’.
