What happens when I subscribe to WOW HD’s newsletters?
A:
When you become a member of WOW HD, you are given 3 different subscription options:
1. Subscribe to Newsletter
2. Receive Third Party Promotions
3. Receive notifications and recommendations including product review requests
Our newsletter subscribers will receive regular communications from us featuring special offers and promotions as well as news about WOW HD and about current and upcoming releases

If you tick the box next to 'Receive Third Party Promotions', we will occasionally notify you of special offers from some of our partners.

If you tick the box next to 'Receive notifications and recommendations including product review requests' we will occasionally send you notifications relating to your buying patterns, such as a reminder that you can review the product you have purchased recently or a reminder about an item that is still in your shopping cart.

WOW HD is not responsible for non receipt of the emails sent by WOW HD or by customers applying for any promotional offer. It is also recommended to check your spam/junk folder, should our e-mail be filtered into these folders.

How do I update my Email Preferences?

A:
All WOW HD members have the choice to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us and/or selected third parties. If you wish to change your Email Preferences, simply login to your account and visit the My Account page, you can then tailor your settings and decide which, if any, emails you would like to receive from WOW HD

How do Promotional Discounts and Vouchers Work?

From time to time WOW HD offers its members Promotional Vouchers or Discounts One Voucher or Promotional Discount per person is allowed, irrespective of the number of email addresses, Card Holder addresses or Delivery Addresses the individual may possess.
WOW HD maintains the right to refuse, and refund if relevant, (even following acceptance of an order) any transaction where, in its sole opinion, the customer / transacting party are achieving multiple discounts.
Voucher promotions and incentives are restricted by currency. The Company will not honour redemptions which do not comply with the above.
WOW HD reserve the right to cancel (and refund any part cash paid) any transaction which may contain a voucher/promotional code.

Can I use a Partner or Affiliate Promotion in Conjunction with an Internal WOW HD Discount?

A:

A discount link via a partner/affiliate network is not entitled to be used with any other promotional discount. In situations where 2 different discounts are offered on the same product, the greater discount will be applied.

Promotional Offers are limited to the agreed number and value of vouchers as per advertised promotion, which will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, redeemable against purchases only.

Offer closing date is as stated in promotional offer.

In some circumstances, only one redemption per person will be allowed.

To claim discounts that are occasionally offered by some of our partners, you must register via URL/link as advertised in the publication. Links from any other sites are strictly prohibited. Applications made via any forum/newsgroup will be deemed invalid.

Promotional Vouchers are for single use only. Customers can only use one promotional voucher per item and must not have linked through via any other site.

Value of vouchers redeemed against orders which are later cancelled will only be refunded or re-issued within the duration of the promotion only. Once the promotion has expired, no vouchers will be refunded or re-issued.

All vouchers are redeemable up to their full value only. Once this value is redeemed, the voucher is void.
