Rusty Cloud is a veteran of the rhythm and blues circuit and, in addition to his own releases as a solo artist and with his band 'S'Killit' has played with Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes, Little Steven Van Zandt (currently in the hit TV show The Sopranos), Melba Moore, Aretha Franklin, Bo Diddley, The Blues Brothers Band...(the list is endless). In 1994 he joined forces with Claire Cloud, singer/songwriter, to begin the creation of this album. Active performers in New York City and vicinity, they entertain with their band, 'Cloudburst' on the East Coast. They have assembled an all-star cast of fellow musicians to play on this album including 'Shawn 'King Snake' Pelton of Saturday Night Live, Paul 'Saskatchewan Slim' Livant, guitarist in Paul Simon's band, Stanley Banks bass player for George Benson's band, Southside Johnny veterans Chris Anderson and David Longworth, New York studio aces, Frank Gravis (bass & that voice!), Graham Hawthorne (drums) Rob Paparozzi (harmonica virtuoso) and John Putnam (guitar) and many more...check out the full credits on the CD.
