I am so thankful for this CD! I thank my family, for their unfailing support. I thank Gordon Kuryluk of Kuryluk Music Company for his steady guidance and inspired arrangements. I thank Miss Carly Laursen for partnering up with me on many of these songs and for her lovely flute backgrounds - not to mention the fun we had traveling and singing together all summer! And I thank her Mom and Pop, Brenda and Craig, for their love and support throughout. They helped in so many ways! I thank the Pacific Gospel Music Association members - they are like brothers and sisters to me. They provide feedback, and intellectual and artistic exchange without reservation. But most of all, I thank my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He paid an awesome price for this sinner's soul. I owe Him everything. He gently keeps me going when I flag. He rewards my hard work with a good night's sleep and wonderful health. He positions me in all the right places to be His witness. When I fail, He always forgives. And when I succeed in some small way in His Great Commission, my joy is in knowing that someday I'll be able to lay one more crown at his feet. What a day that will be!!! My prayer is that the listener will be able to hear in each and every one of these old hymns, the love and adoration I have for the Lord. I am so blessed... May you be also.
