Dr. Sam And The Managed Care Blues Band emerged in 1997 with a great blues sound and with a message. Dr. Sam is a former physician and a \'Harmonicologist.\' He and the band have been featured in PEOPLE Magazine, USA Today, National Public Radio and other radio network interviews, and on CNN and many other national media forums. This is an extremely unique group with terrific blues tunes and very funny lyrics about a subject which is giving us all the blues.
