Dreamchair Music is a three-piece acoustic combo from San Francisco. Guitarist David Fortier and singer Elizabeth Levett Fortier first worked together in the rock bands Iowa Tank (1988-89) and Voodoo Motel (1989-92). They began working as Dreamchair in 1993 and released several recorded projects: Three Wishes (1993), Rope of Feathers (1993), and Carnival Skin (1994). In 1997 the Fortiers were joined by percussionist Robert Duarte and recorded the limited edition cdr releases Odalisque (1999) and Home (2004).
