Kansas City, Missouri native Fritz Hutchison releases his national debut, Wide Wild Acres, on Center Cut Records.
Possessing a lengthy and diverse musical pedigree including electric folk group She's A Keeper, contemporary groove jazz ensemble The Sextet, and country rock outfit The Grisly Hand, Hutchison has performed in a number of different roles instrumentally. Wide Wild Acres sees Hutchison stepping into the spotlight as a leader, playing most of the album's instruments while singing his own compositions.
"With Center Cut Records, (Fritz) will pursue his own career as a songwriter, one whose clever songcraft is based in pop, rock and folk." Tim Finn, Music Writer, IN Kansas City Magazine
