The Last Smile

Inspired by true events and based on a book The Last Smile by Jeevan Zutshi, this film chronicles the struggles of a bereaved father searching for answers to explain the untimely demise of his adult son by frequent use of over the counter health supplements. He gets the help from a private detective to investigate the manufacturers and dealers of these supplements. He must overcome his grief and fight against the multi-billion dollar health supplement industry responsible for his untimely passing. The film examines the broken healthcare system and unregulated health supplement industry in US. It also deals with the subject of greed and corruption prevalent in our society.
